I read an interesting article in the New York Times magazine about new aesthetics in the age of HD.

Recently, I've been shooting on my large format camera and with a 645 rangefinder I borrowed from Bill. I'll upload scans once I get the film processed. I'm in the West Yellowstone public Library right now. We drove across the UP of Michigan and along US 2.

I want to get closer and show more face. Maybe use some reflectors to get better lighting. I want to find subjects that make interesting portraits -- when they are zoned into driving, but their thoughts are elsewhere.
